English: Belle Chasse, LA, March 27, 2006 - Belle Chasse Primary School conducts a ribbon cutting ceremony to thank all of the partners in planning and constructing this FEMA funded addition of 6 modular classrooms. Cutting the ribbon are (L-R) US Army Corp of Engineers, Colonel Stanley Smith, Deputy Federal Coordinating Officer, Steve Adukaitis, Director of Secondary Education-Information Technology, Carol Roberts and Superintendent Jim Hoyle.
