English: Baton Rouge, La., August 21, 2006 - Katrina evacuees Gail and Dan Tate consult during work at FEMA's Auxiliary Field Office in Baton Rouge. The Tates lost their home and businesses because of Hurricane Katrina and they received FEMA housing assistance. Keith Riggs/FEMA.
