Description
English: Bay St. Louis, MS, August 18, 2008 -- Students attend classes at the temporary site of South Hancock Elementary School. The new school will open this year and combine Charles B. Murphy and Gulfview Elementary Schools, which were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. FEMA public assistance funds are being used to fund the new school. Jennifer Smits/FEMA.
