English: Baytown, TX, September 28, 2008 -- An aerial view of the North Carolina Baptist Men's disaster kitchens Manna 1 (left center), Unit 2 (right), and Unit 3 (left), a FEMA commodity Point of Distribution (POD) (upper left center), and a Red Cross command center. The three kitchen complex can cook and distribute 70,000 meals per day; 2 weeks after Hurricane Ike and this kitchen group is still sending out 7000 meals per day. Mike Moore/FEMA
