English: Chalmette, LA, August 26, 2010 -- W. Craig Fugate, FEMA's Administrator appears at a press conference after his appearance at a Homeland Security subcommittee hearing in Chalmette, LA. Fugate answered questions about FEMA's long term plans for the areas affected by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Rep. Steve Scalise, R-LA is on his left and Rep. Anh Cao,R-LA is on his right.
