English: Baton Rouge, LA, March 3, 2011 -- FEMA Region 6 Administrator, Tony Russell welcomes both federal and state dignitaries to the recent Open House for the remodeled FEMA and state Disaster Recovery Offices in Baton Rouge. Russell stressed the partnership between Louisiana and FEMA that has positively moved Recovery forward. FEMA/Manuel Broussard.
