This building, owned by F.H. Osgood, was constructed in 2 phases by the E.J. Rounds Co., the portion to the right of the pediment was built in 1908 and the rest in 1912. Once located on First Avenue in front of the current Starbucks headquarters, it was razed for a parking lot when the building was still occupied by Sears.
