English: Fairground vehicles; Cricklade The Cricklade Town Fair takes place in June every year. Apparently you can "Come and take your trip around the world without leaving Cricklade on Sunday June 21st from 11am to 4pm."
This fairground is by the High Bridge on the north side of town. The lorry on the right is an Atkinson Light six-wheeler box van of late 1950's-early 1960's origin. Small fairground operators like this keep these vehicles in working use which is a testament to the build quality of these vehicles. |
