English: Fatty Tumor.

BY JAMES GRAHAM, M.D. LEWIS D., æt. 68 years, a laborer, was born in Germany, and came to this country when sixteen years of age; he is in good general health, and has always been a strong, vigorous He has a large pendulous tumor hanging from the left dorsal region of his back; its attachment occupies a triangular space extending along the spines of the vertebræ, from the seventh cervical to the sixth dorsal, and from thence to the inner extremity of the spine of the left scapula. It is shaped

like a pear, and hangs as low as the fourth lumbar vertebra.
