In recognition of Women’s History Month Fawn Germer, best-selling author, journalist, and speaker visited Goddard Space Flight Center on Monday, March 29, 2010. In this photo Ms. Germer (left) tours GSFC building 7 with Nina Harris (far right).

Her distinguished reporting career earned her numerous state and national awards including four Pulitzer Prize nominations and the prestigious Green Eyeshade award from the Society for Professional Journalists. She is the author of several best-selling books and was lauded by Oprah Winfrey as a very inspiring read; Mustang Sallies; The NEW Woman Rules; and Finding the UP in the Downturn.
