Description
English: This art deco brick building was the former federal building build in the 1939 for a mere $50,000. (830,000 in todays money) It housed the towns customs office, post office and telegraph office until 1974. Townsite Brewing (named after the Powell River townsite) moved into the building in 2011 and selected this building for it's beautiful brick work and industrial design.
