This array has 4 panels, each with an 11x10 matrix of cells. Ferranti's quick reference guide provides the following specification: Total Logic Gates: 900 Max Frequency: 20MHz Gate Delay: 8ns Gate Power: 250uW See: https://archive.org/details/FerrantiQ.RefULA1984 The die is marked in the top right hand corner: 6566-111 ULA5C052 This die was packed in a 40 pin ceramic DIP, with the markings: PS ULA 5C052J 8948 The die size is approximately 4.7mm x 5.0mm. The photograph itself was created as a panorama using the Hugin application, stitched from 21 photos taken with a Vickers Instruments M14/2 metallurgical microscope with a 32mm (5x) objective lens with a Kenko 1.5X teleconverter on the camera mount. This licensed version is downsized from the original 8K x 8K image. |
