| Description |
English: Fields and wood near Wylye 3. This view looking south from just south of the A303 trunk road is of a crop field in the chalk, a farm track, and the wood of Thatch Hill. The wood is designated by West Wiltshire District Council as a site of nature conservation importance. Beyond Thatch Hill is a plateau on the chalk downland called The Bake, and off camera to the right are some barns called Bake Buildings. This picture is the third of a series going left to right, the next being 874279. |
