(Source: [1]) As of 2013, the church has filed plans to replace the current building and a boarded-up adjacent retail building with a "12-story, 130-foot tall mixed use building containing a 10,000 square foot church, 6,000 square feet of retail, 97 dwelling units, 74 group housing units, and 100 parking spaces."
