Deutsch: Gelsenkirchen Buer: eh. Dienstgebäude des Finanzamtes Gelsenkirchen-Nord am Rathausplatz 1 (denkmalgeschützter Altbau, erbaut 1925). Das Finanzamt Gelsenkirchen-Nord wurde zum 1. Mai 2015 aufgelöst und mit dem eh. Finanzamt Gelsenkirchen-Süd zum gemeinsamen Finanzamt Gelsenkirchen zusammengelegt, das seinen neuen Sitz in der Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 7 bezogen hat; das Gebäude steht seitdem leer.
