Français : FISCAUX D'INDOCHINE SURCHARGÉS PAR LA VNDCCH.

Des timbres fiscaux d'Indochine (le plus souvent avec légende "ETAT FRANÇAIS" mais aussi quelques fois avec légende "REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE" (d'avant 1941) ont été surchargés par la VNDCCH. Ils sont très nombreux plus de 38 types différents avaient été répertoriés en 1978 (voir catalogues spécialisés et le journal de la SICP No 27 en 1978).

On connaît ainsi :

  • Sur timbre fiscaux de l'Indochine avec légende "ETAT FRANÇAIS":
    • ancienne valeur conservée mais surcharge «VIET-NAM / DAN CHU / CONG HOA» en noir sauf indication contraire. On distingue trois sous-types :
      • INDOCHINE FRANÇAISE biffée par trois barres fines : 4 cents, 6 cents, 18 cents, 20 cents, 30 cents et 40 cents (surcharge rouge ou noire),
      • INDOCHINE FRANÇAISE biffée par quatre barres fines : 20 cents (surcharge bleue), 30 cents (surcharge bleue ou noire), 40 cents (surcharge bleue), 60 cents (surcharge bleue), 80 cents, 1$, 2$, 3$, 5$ et 20$,
      • INDOCHINE FRANÇAISE biffée par deux barres épaisses : 2 cents, 6 cents, 8 cents, 10 cents, 40 cents, 80 cents et 1$20 (surcharge rouge ou noire),.
  • petite surcharge rouge ou noire «VIET-NAM / DAN CHU / CONG HOA», «INDOCHINE / FRANÇAISE» barré, ancienne valeur et mention «TIMBRE / FISCAL» barrées et surcharge de la nouvelle valeur avec en dessous «TEM TRUOC BA» : 1 hào sur 6 cents, 2 hào sur 15 cents, 2 hào sur 18 cents, 3 hào sur 24 cents, 4 hào sur 36 cents,.
  • Surcharge précédente de 4 hào sur timbre de la première émission surchargée mais qui était sans modification de la valeur. - fiiscal double surcharge 4 hao.
  • Sur timbres fiscaux de l'Indochine avec légende "REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE" (la plupart de ces timbres fiscaux d'avant 1941 n'étaient plus disponibles sur place).
