The Kuzitirin River flows from Kuzitirin Lake, 13 miles south of Imuruk Lake. It flows to the Imuruk Basin 30 miles southeast of Teller, Seward Peninsula. Name variations have included Kassatream, Kassatriem, Kaviavizak, Koosetrina, and Port Clarence River.
