| Description |
Day Five in Norway ... back on dry land, in Tromsø. A cable car goes up to Mount Storsteinen, 420 metres (1,380 feet) above sea level, with a stunning panoramic view over Tromsø. There is a lovely cafeteria at the top ... warm and friendly. We stayed there for lunch, as it was midday by then. We weren't sure what the view would be like with all the snow, but miraculously it cleared as soon as we got up to the top! |
