«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Ездоченского сельского поселения, выполненные белым, чёрным, красным, синим и жёлтым цветом».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле между чёрной вырезанной главой, образующей вершину тройной горы и обременённой по сторонам (по краям) двумя золотыми трилистными крестами с сиянием в углах и узкой лазоревой оконечностью — казак в червлёных шапке, кафтане и сапогах с золотой саблей в ножнах на левом боку, скачущий на чёрном коне с червлёным седлом с золотой бахромой и золотой сбруей».
