Description
Español: Bandera del municipio de Santa Cruz de Mompox (Bolívar).

Nuestra bandera es rectangular, de color rojo con una cruz blanca latina en el centro, de lado y lado. El color rojo representa la sangre derramada por los próceres momposinos y la cruz blanca la religiosidad momposina heredada de España. La bandera de Mompox data de 1810 y fue primero que la de Suiza con la que guarda parecido, siendo la de este país cuadrada, heredó su forma de las banderas cantonales que también eran cuadradas la cual se institucionalizó en 1847.
