Summary edit

Description
English: Fleabane (Pulicaria dysenterica ) Growing on the cliffs above Porth Egr where the ground is boggy. This plant was traditionally used to deter fleas by scattering or burning its leaves, although paradoxically its flowers are attractive to butterflies and other insects. As its specific name suggests, it was also used to treat dysentery.
