Description
English: Utilizing Tg(fli1a:EGFP) embryo and fluorescence microscopy the migration of angioblasts from the LPM to the midline was captured via time lapse imaging every 10 min from 15 hpf to 21 hpf. The images were reconstituted to AVI format movie. Movies clips showing angioblast migration in uninjected (movie 1) embryos were captured.
