Description

A black-capped chickadee, Poecile atricapillus (formerly Parus atricapillus) perched on this berry plant just long enough for me to get this crappy photo. Taken in North Dakota in someone's backyard.

Can anyone tell me what kind of berry bush this is? Also, does anyone know what subspecies of black-capped chickadee is found in central North Dakota?
