WASHINGTON (Sept. 28, 2012) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Michael D. Stevens delivers remarks during the MCPON Change of Office ceremony at the Sail Loft at the Washington Navy Yard. Stevens replaced retired MCPON Rick D. West as the 13th MCPON, and was selected while serving as the U.S. Fleet Forces Fleet Master Chief.
