ARABIAN SEA (July 29, 2012) Aviation Machinist’s Mate 1st Class Vishan Ramnauth, from Long Beach, N.Y., and Aviation Machinist’s Mate 3rd Class Alexander Iverson, from Katanning, Australia, assigned to the Checkmates of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 211, perform an internal engine inspection on an F/A-18F Super Hornet aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVN 65). Enterprise is deployed to the U.S. 5th fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
