Description BATON ROUGE, La. ñ Two members of the Louisiana Army National Guard use loading straps to secure housing units, or COGIMs, on the trailer of their vehicle at a Federal Emergency Management Agency site in Baton Rouge, La., Aug 13. The Guardmembers are part of a mission that is assisting FEMA with transporting the COGIMs from Fort Worth, Texas; Baton Rouge, La.; and Selma, Ala., to Camp Minden, La., where they will be stored and readied for future emergencies.
