Description

1st Lt. Rosita Rodriguez, from Morristown, N.J., interacts with Iraqi kids while a ceremony was held by U.S. Soldiers from 3rd Brigade Combat Team,4th Infantry Division and Iraqi citizens to celebrate the opening of Dover Park in the city of Baghdad, Iraq on Oct. 28, 2008. The opening of the park was to show the extensive work done buy the U.S. and the people of Iraq have put into the community.
