Deutsch: Im Frühling haben die Gänse bereits angefangen im Flinthörn Schutzgebiet auf der Insel Langeoog zu brüten, so wie auch viele andere Arten. Es handelt sich um einen Übergangsbereich von Sandstrand - Düne - Salzwiesen mit Wasserflächen. Der Sand lagert sich durch die Strömung am Flinthörn an. Seit 1986 gehört das Flinthörn als Ruhezone zum Nationalpark Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer. Zuvor war der Bereich bereits ab 1963 wegen seiner herausragenden naturschutzfachlichen Bedeutung als „Naturschutzgebiet Flinthörn" ausgewiesen. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flinth%C3%B6rn |
