Description Dentro de esta sesión tocamos el tema del paquete econímico. • En el Proyecto de Decreto que expide la Ley de ingresos de la federación para el ejercicio fiscal 2013 el PRI se manifestó: La Cámara de Diputados está cumpliendo con la ciudadanía aprobando con unanimidad la Ley de ingresos, ajustándolo a lo que los ciudadanos necesitan. A nadie conviene gastar más de lo que se tiene y que no se despilfarre, que sea con transparencia. Buscamos con esto una estimación responsable del precio del petróleo. Se ajustó el alza del precio del barril de petróleo, un cambio a la estimación del ingreso federal participable. Hoy queremos que el dinero vaya en respuesta a la sociedad y en términos de educación, en ciencia y tecnología, escuelas de tiempo completo, computadoras, becas salario de la juventud, equidad de género con estancias infantiles. Consideramos que es una ley de ingresos responsable y pedimos su voto a favor del presente dictamen.
