Panagbenga Festival (Blooming Flowers Festival) is a month-long (Feb. 1-Mar 8) annual flower festival occurring in Baguio City, the summer capital of the Philippines.

Description
English: The Panagbenga Flower Festival is a parade to showcase of flowers and also the creativity through the colorful costumes and props of the performers . The contingents were required that their performances are based on native culture and practices and the life of the Cordillerans, depicted through songs, dances, wearing of the native attire.
