This info. from Penny Mayes https://www.geograph.org.uk/profile.php?u=93 Possibly a comfrey although the leaves look a bit round... http://www.wildflowersofstrathclydepark.org.uk/Comfrey.htm http://www.allnatural.net/herbpages/comfrey.shtml The flowers can be white pink or blue - sometimes all three on the same plant. Lovely stuff - hens like to eat it and it makes an excellent liquid compost if you just pile it into a bucket. Also known as knit-bone. |
