Merknad: I begynnelsen av 1900-tallet ble områdene på østsiden av Nidelva tatt i bruk til havneformål og Nyhavna oppstod. Lademoloen ble anlagt som et vern mot fjorden, så langt som bunnforholdene tillot det. På 1920 til 1930-tallet ble områdene oppmudret og kaianlegg ble anlagt. Elvemunningen ble i denne forbindelse innsnevret og lagt lenger øst. (Kilde: Trondheim Havn )
