Summary edit

Description I was amazed at this result of shooting with flash at night in the fog. These are the water particles reflecting the flash and they only appear in a normal closeup. I found that with a telephoto test that they disappear and it looks just like a blanket of fog. November 29, 2011. The yellow orange spots are street lights.
