English: Footpath. This is a photograph of a footpath (not shown on the OS map) that links a bridleway (behind the viewpoint) with one of the arms of the Five Pits Trail (ahead).
The bridleway connects 604609 (to the left, southerly) with the A6175 between Holmewood and Heath (to the right, northerly). The picture was taken near the eastern end of the 605429 (behind the viewpoint), which starts on the southern edge of woodland surrounding three sides of the Holmewood industrial estate. For a photograph taken a few metres ahead but facing back through this viewpoint toward the eastern end of the path, click here 605449. |
