| Description |
English: Ford at Looke Farm The stream running through the farm runs across the front of this house which has its own access foot bridge to the front door. The stream then crosses the road and drops into a gulley. As can be seen a large area of the road is covered but the water is very shallow. Looke Farm seems to have two separate public roads one on the north side and one has to drive through the middle of the farm yard to get from one to the other.
Oddly there is a sign saying Private Road at the ford but there is a sign post a bit further on pointing to Litton Cheney through the middle of the farm buildings |
