Notes
  • Significance: The dam in Concord, New Hampshire, was one of the longest timber crib dams in the eastern U.S. On September 29, 1893, this became the second commercial supplier of three-phase electric current in the U.S. The dam remained intact until 1984, at which time the mid-section washed away.
