Josef H. Neumann signiert als Fotobuch Autor des ersten gesamtdeutschen Panorambildbandes, fotografiert mit der russischen Panoramakamera "Horizon" *DEUTSCHLAND* dem Kanzler Helmut Kohl auf der Buchmesse in Frankfurt a. M. im Jahre 1990 eines der ersten Panorama Exemplare. Helmut Kohl verschenkte es im Namen der Bundesregierung lange Jahre als Gastgeschenk an Präsidenten/innen und Honorationen aus aller Welt. Er betonte dabei, dass "Ronny", gemeint war Ronald Reagen, der US Präsident, auch eines erhalte. Das im Verlag C. J. BUCHER, München, nach der Wiedervereinigung produzierte Werk wurde auf der Buchmesse in Frankfurt 1990 in Anwesenheit des Kanzlers Helmut Kohl, dem damaligen OB Frankfurt Walter Wallmann und dem Verleger Christian Strasser erstmalig präsentiert.
