Deutsch: Frankfurt-Bockenheim, Grempstraße 45; Passiv-Mehrfamilienhaus; Unter der Bezeichnung „Energieprojekt: Grempstr PH“ wurde mit der Firma „faktor 10 Gesellschaft für Siedlungs- und Hochbauplanung mbH“ in der Grempstraße 45 hinter dem St. Elisabethen-Krankenhaus das erste Passiv-Mehrfamilienhaus für neunzehn Parteien in Frankfurt als Geschosswohnungsbau errichtet. Dieses Haus wurde 2009 einer Fachjury des Dezernats Umwelt und Gesundheit der Stadt Frankfurt am Main im Rahmen des neuen der Architekturpreises „Green Building Frankfurt“ für Vorreiter nachhaltiges Bauen zur Nominierung vorgeschlagen
