English: Frankfurt on the Main: Zeil / An der Hauptwache (At the Hauptwache) with Katharinenkirche (St. Catherine's church) as seen to the southwest facing the Rossmarkt (Horse Market), on half way behind the church's spire the Englischer Hof (English Court)
Deutsch: Frankfurt am Main: Zeil / An der Hauptwache mit Katharinenkirche, nach Südwesten Richtung Roßmarkt gesehen, auf halben Weg hinter dem Turm der Kirche der Englische Hof. Links (angeschnitten) sieht man das Geschäftshaus der Seidenhandlung der Gebrüder Hoff, später gekauft von den Gelsenkirchner Carsch & Co., daraus wurde dann nach Diebstahl bzw. Arisierung Ott & Heinemann. Heute steht hier der Flag-Store der Firma ESPRIT. Dann sieht man die neu geschaffene Liebfrauenstraße für den dadurch erst möglichen Durchgang zum Liebfrauenberg. Dann sieht an die beiden Häuser Richtung Katharinenkirche. Diese beiden Häuser wurden kurz nach der Aufnahme vom Hamburger Modehaus Gebrüder Robinsohn bebaut. Auf dem Grundstück Liebfrauenberg-Zeil entstand der sogenannte Zeilpalast, der von den damals bekannten Architekten Josef Rindsfüßer (1864-1927) und Martin Kühn (1869-1942) konstruiert wurde. Das Nachbarhaus ließen sich die Gebrüder Robinsohn bereits 1905 durch den Frankfurter Architekten Julius Lönholdt im neobarocken Stil bebauen. Beide Häuser wurden während der Wirtschaftskrise und Inflation 1927 von der Nassauischen Sparkasse aufgekauft. Nach Kriegszerstörung entstand hier das HAKO-Geschäftshaus, das Ende des 20.Jahrhundert entkernt und neu konzepiert wurde.
