Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents
Description Suspension Bridge connecting La Porte and Baytown TX. Crosses the Houston Ship Channel at the upper end of Galveston Bay. The bridge was completed in 1995, and replaces a tunnel that was removed when the ship channel was deepened in the 1980s. Fred Hartman was a newspaperman in Baytown.
