English: Wednesday 16th June 2021 was one of the hottest days of the year so far, with the mercury reaching 29C in mid-afternoon. With beautiful clear blue skies it seemed the ideal opportunity to photograph trains in and around the Peterborough and Stamford areas and I was not disappointed. Starting at the footbridge across the new Werrington Dive-under then moving on to the extraordinary manually controlled Woodcroft Level Crossing, which spans six tracks, followed by Uffington signal box and crossing (also manually operated) and then Ketton footbridge and crossings.
