Deutsch: Friedrich Bury (1783-1823), Wachsfarbenmalerei von Johann Heinrich Lips. Der junge Maler und Hausgenosse schloß sich zutraulich an Goethe an, der ihn als "zweiten Fritz" (ist gleich: von Stein) gernhatte. 1790 traf er ihn in Oberitalien, 1800 war Bury sein Hausgenosse in Weimar; 1808 Verkehr in Karlsbad. Beide Male zeichnete Bury den Dichter.
