Fulham Terrace, a 1904 Federation Filigree terrace row in Croydon, NSW

Summary edit

Description
English: In 1895, WIlliam Best Chessell, builder, came into possession of the portion of land on which these houses are situated. He built this row of seven tunnel-back terraces in the Federation Filigree style in 1904, before selling them in 1910. The front fences have been modified, and the balconies of the two right houses have been filled in. The ironwork on the balconies is of a pattern that was registered in NSW by A. T. Rees and Company in November, 1885.
