Summary edit

Description
English: Funny Peculiar station. Scotland's Dome. A railroad to nowhere. It does function as an efficient and safe skilift/evacuation route from this storm prone hill, but as a summer tourist attraction, an expensive trip to a shed in the sky just does not work. There is some aggressive ticket price slashing going on as the company tries to cut the losses.

A condition of planning permission is that you are not allowed out of the top station. At least the Snowdon Railway gets to the top. Starts nowhere and goes nowhere.

Credit where its due, this is the cleanest and most welcoming uplift station I have ever visited.A vast improvement on the tatty old chairlift.
