Description
English: Intravascular neutrophil behaviour in Gpr43 −/− mice following LPS challenge. Intravital spinning-disk confocal microscopy was utilised to examine the behaviour of intravascular neutrophils in the small intestine of Gpr43−/−mice at 4 h after LPS challenge. Neutrophils were visualised using PE-conjugated anti-Ly6G (red) and endothelium was visualised with FITC-conjugated anti-CD31 (green). The time lapse was recorded at 25 fpm and exported to video at 7 fps.
