Summary edit

Description Animation showing the dimeric structure of the GLO1 enzyme from Leishmania major (PDB accession code 2C21). The catalytic nickel ions are shown in violet, whereas the green and red van der Waals spheres represent the carbon and oxygen atoms of two molecules of (4S)-2-methyl-2,4-pentanediol (MPD). Made by me today with PyMol, the GIMP and a little extra GPL code written by me.
