Description
English: GTSE1 microtubule plus-end tracking is downregulated at prometaphase. U2OS cell stably expressing GTSE1-GFP and EB3-mCherry, stained with Hoechst (DNA). As the cells entered mitosis, short time-lapse movies were acquired every 3 minutes, then stitched together.
