Rückseite: HISPANIA. Drapierte Büste der Hispania nach r. Davor zwei Kornähren, darunter ein Rundschild, dahinter zwei Speere.

Kommentar: Im Jahre 60 n. Chr. wurde Galba Statthalter dieser Provinz und schloss sich dort 68 dem Aufstand des Gaius Iulius Vindex an. Am 3. April ließ er sich in Carthago Nova zum Kaiser ausrufen. Mit diesen Münzen ehrt Galba die Provinzen Hispania und Gallia, die ihn als erste unterstützten.
