Hij staat, gekleed in Nederlands generaaltenue, op een erepodium met hakenkruisvlag. 1 januari 1941 English: Lieutenant General Hendrik Alexander Seyffardt (1872-1943), commander of the Netherlands Volunteer Legion of the Waffen-SS, giving the Hitler salute at the Inner Courts of The Hague during the swearing in of volunteers for the Eastern Front. He is dressed in a Dutch general's uniform, standing on a podium with swastika flag. January 1, 1941 Deutsch: Generalleutnant Hendrik Alexander Seyffardt (1872-1943), Kommandant des niederländischen Freiwilligen Legion der Waffen-SS, bringt den Hitlergruß während der Vereidigung von Freiwilligen für die Ostfront, am Binnenhof in Den Haag. Er ist in einer niederländischen Generalsuniform gekleidet, auf einem Podium mit Hakenkreuzfahne. 1. Januar 1941 Français : Le lieutenant-général Hendrik Alexander Seyffardt (1872-1943), commandant de la Légion bénévole des Pays-Bas de la Waffen-SS, donne le salut hitlérien au Cour d'Intérieur de La Haye au cours de la prestation de serment des volontaires pour le front de l'Est.
