English: The General Noble Tree was a Giant Sequoia tree that was shown at the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago in 1893. With a ground perimeter of 95 feet (29 m) (measured on a slope), was the second largest tree in the Converse Basin Grove (after the Boole Tree) and it was the largest tree ever cut down.
